Want a boring card?. No of course not! The Wonky Tree office know that all too well. So our mission is to explore the greeting card universe in search of the best unusual greeting cards on the planet... even Harold's Planet.

What qualities do we think make a card "Unusual"?

Well the first thing that springs to mind is a greeting card that explores strange, wierd and wonderful worlds. For us in the Wonky Tree office we immediately think of the wonderful Edward Monkton range of cards Edward Monkton is well known for his quirky philosophical views on life. This rather strange and unusual world was created by Giles Andreae who also gave life to Purple Ronnie.

Secondly it could be the imagery a card uses, consider the Exposure range of Black and White greeting cards from Icon-Art, this collection of cards use a wonderful and sometimes strange and somewhat peculiar set of images that really do tick the unusual card box.

Thirdly the unusual characteristic might be successfully represented by greeting cards that employ different techniques such as the Shine Range from Redback that employ sequins to their greeting cards.... and to top it all, they are wearable too!
