I have placed an order, but have not received a confirmation. Did my order go through?
You should receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. If you haven't received this confirmation email, please check your junk or spam mail filter. If you still can't find this email, please contact us and we will investigate.
Do I need to create an account to shop with you?
You can just opt to check out as a guest if you prefer. The advantage of having an account with us, is that addresses are stored, making checkout quicker for future purchases. Please Note: no payment details are stored.
What Forms of Payment do you accept?
We use STRIPE to process our payments. You can use any credit or debit card (excluding American Express) and you do not need to have a stripe account to use the service!
How soon will I get my cards?
This will depend on which option you have selected at checkout. We post out all orders via Royal Mail on a daily basis Mon-Fri. All orders received before 2pm, will be despatched the same day. We can't guarantee the royal mail service, but 93% of all Royal Mail first class UK post arrives the next working day!
Can you send my card straight to my recipient and not my home address?
Yes, absolutely! Please choose 'Handwrite and send direct' option on the product page and let us know your recipient's delivery address when placing your order. We only offer first class postage on Handwrite and send direct.
Can I buy two cards on one order to be sent to two different addresses?
Yes you can do this too! You just need to fill out the delivery address for each card during checkout.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We can currently only take orders through our website. If you are having trouble placing an order online, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help you fix any issues you may be having.
What size are your greeting cards?
All of our cards vary in size from A6, through to a square card 16 x 16 cm, and their size is listed in the product description.
I have made a mistake on my order and I need to change it.
If you do need to alter something on your order if we can, we'll try and sort it for you. Please email us at: hello@thewonkytree.co.uk and we'll try our best to make the change.
Do your cards come with plastic packaging?
We are working towards making sure all of our cards come without plastic, and a good proportion of them are already "naked". We are glad you are concerned too! It's a particular passion of ours. We make eco bricks with all the plastic that comes in to our house! The husband thinks I spend too much time doing this. It can become a bit of an obsession!
