In simple terms you could say something like "I can't believe it's been xx years already" or "Happy Anniversary my love" or even Thanks for putting up with me for another year". Or one could be a little bit more expressive and creative like... "I didn’t think it was possible to love you any more than I did on our wedding day, but somehow my love only grows stronger every minute we spend together. Happy Anniversary.”

Or how about something really really expressive... maybe a well-known anniversary quote? “‘How do you spell ‘love’?’ -Piglet ‘You don’t spell it, you feel it.’ – A.A. Milne From the book Winnie the Pooh or how about “Grow old with me, the best is yet to be.” – Robert Browning" Basically anything goes doesn't it? But whatever you do....
