It has gone mad at the Wonky Tree Office, with Christmas orders coming in thick and fast. It's exciting times as it's our first Christmas.

I used to absolutely LOVE my stockings at Christmas. We had the traditional small stockings packed full with very thoughtful gifts, that were always useful. There was always a pair of socks, and always a tangerine in the bottom. The year that the tangerine was forgotten, was a huge talking point for YEARS. I was really quite upset. Even though I could run downstairs and grab one from the fruit bowl - it just was not the same. We did eventually find out the real reason.... A few too many glasses of wine, meant that Santa got forgetful! 

My love of the Christmas Stocking has continued throughout my life, and I always made one for my mum until she passed away a few years ago. My wonderful husband Nick, still gets one every year.  I just love finding those things to pop in, and then watch them being unpacked :)  

So make use of lockdown, and get creative. Fill those stockings, and watch the joy that they bring on christmas morning :)
