Who would have thought ... TOWIE star and also starts of the Mummy Diaries Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd have only gone and got themselves a Wonky Tree for Christmas. 

Now I know that this isn't the REAL wonky tree, and that they can't actually have the one we are named after, but it did make me giggle. In trying to create impressive festive decoration in their home in Essex, they have ended up with a wonky Christmas Tree. 

I actually think that the wonkier the Christmas tree the better ... BUT.... I am sure when you are trying to create the WOW factor, that it might not be the planned impression. Nevertheless i am sure it will still look fab in their million pound Essex home. :) 

That made me think about our Christmas tree, and even though we are going away (hopefully) for a few weeks in December, it seems wrong not to have one. So we have gone small, and understated for the outside of the house - so that everyone else can enjoy it while we are away. It's also a rooted one, so good for years to come too, which makes me very happy! The one from last year is still in its pot, and that will come inside when we get back for a few days while the festivities are happening. 

So, don't forget that when you are choosing your Christmas tree - Wonky is good :)
